RED CARPET WELCOME

1st – 6th arrive by 7:45 a.m. and meet your classroom teacher on the South Lawn (near the parking lot) Classroom Teachers will be holding up name signs. First graders will find their teachers standing closest to the parking lot side of the area and 6th grade teachers farther away. At 8:00 our 1st graders will lead us in through the front doors.

We will have our kindergartners arrive a little later to avoid the craziness of 400 students gathering outside. Kindergarten students will arrive at 8:05 outside of the kindergarten classroom area and have their own private RED CARPET WELCOME on both mornings.  The kindergarten teachers and paras will be outside with their classroom signs.
Parents will say good-bye and wave good-bye outside. Parents will not enter the building as it makes it difficult for some of the students to separate.
